As you schedule you'll provide us with the vision as it stands today. Perhaps you see it clearly or maybe you're feeling overwhelmed. You may have a suit color in mind or you might be wondering if a suit or tuxedo is best. You share your ideas and we do some homework to show you options at your appointment.

You'll have options and we can help you assess which ones are right for you. Things like your style, build, venue, dress code, budget, the expected weather, and your future plans for the clothing all help us recommend the right pieces and best fabrics.

We're a custom clothing company first so we will most likely making your clothing for you. Unlike most custom clothing companies we have invested very heavily in a great showroom, hundreds of design samples to you can see a variety of fabric and style options plus we have a wall of swatch books with thousands more options too. We'll demystify this for you and then we'll fit you for your clothing using the hundreds of fit samples in the shop to ensure we dial in your unique fit.

At your appointment you'll finalize everything, pay in full, and schedule your return to pick-up your clothing.

You'll try your clothing on to confirm the fit. If anything needs alterations we'll prep them and send to our tailor and schedule your return to pick up. If not, you'll take things home and check this off the wedding list!

To be safe, you should set a reminder to try your outfit on again about 6 weeks before the wedding in case you have any body changes that require further altering. It's rare customers come back this close but we want to be sure there's no last minute stress for you or us.

This timeline allows you to wait on your first choice fabric should it be backordered and also to buffer against anything in the supply chain that might not go to plan. We have no interest in adding nor being involved in any wedding stress. If you're wanting us to outfit your group, they'll need to purchase on this timeline too.

At your purchase appointment be prepared to decide on things like dress shirts, ties, shoes, and anything else you plan to wear. Your appointment is your time with our experts so let's be sure you leave with everything figured out and ready to go, no just your suit.

We don't offer any rentals though there's a rental shop across the street that can help if you want to go that route for the wedding party

We are happy to sell your outfits to your friends, family, and others so long as they adhere to the timeline and can be fitted at the shop. Given the standards and processes we have, we don't do online fittings for weddings.

If this is your first experience with custom you may be used to a department store with a dozen suits to choose from and each hanging in several sizes. For us, we have hundreds of design samples (made from different fabrics) but we don't have them in multiple sizes. Meaning the one you like probably won't fit you to try it on. We have separate fit samples for that process, but you aren't likely to be able to try your actual outfit on before you buy it unless you shop on limited ready-to-wear offering.

You'll finalize the design, pay in full, and lock everything in at your appointment so be sure you have gathered all necessary input before you arrive or bring the style consults to your purchase appointment. We can't make changes after your purchase and we won't refund / exchange if your fiance or parents or friends have different opinions after purchase, so save the stress and gather any input you care to have before you arrive.

We know it's common for the wedding to come with some goals or plans around changes in weight and that's cool with us. But obviously changes in weight of more than a few pounds can impact the fit of your clothing. If you're planning to lose or gain 20+ pounds you may want to consider the timing of your purchase so you aren't paying twice to make your clothing. We will make minor alterations six weeks before your wedding if you need them but won't do last minute alterations before the wedding.

We're great at what we do and our reputation comes from delivering exceptional results with tens of thousands of customers since 2011. But we never promise perfection and are very skeptical of anyone who does. We'll deliver what we said we'd deliver and if something goes awry we'll make it right. We like to say that up front as on rare occasions we find all the stress of planning a wedding seems to be focused a 1/4" of fabric here or there. We won't remake garments for changes of heart nor concerns not raised during the fitting though we're happy to alter things to adjust the fit where possible.
