'We Can Be Heroes' Short Film

A project that truly changed how we view the world. We teamed up the Harmony Project and their Prison Arts Program at Pickaway Correctional Institution in Orient, Ohio to outfit 63 incarcerated men of the choir. The short film we made from the experience was played for 5,000 people at the Harmony Project concert at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

The project, by far the largest partnership of our new [Good] Intentions Program—involved several visits to Pickaway Correctional Institution, where we were able to see up close the work Warden Rochelle Moore and her team do every day in the name of rehabilitation. The conversations were heavy and the gratitude was unlike anything we've ever experienced.

Portraits were taken by renowned photographed Imran Nuri who gained nationality notoriety for his project Advice from America: Life Advice and Photos of 1,000 Strangers From 48 States.
