Custom and in-stock clothing cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged. Custom designs and specifications cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Unworn accessories may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The exchanged value must be applied to another purchase at the time of exchange.

For six months from the purchase date, Pursuit will provide complimentary alterations on custom clothing only when it does not meet the fit expectations agreed upon when the order was placed.

Alterations on in-stock clothing—or alterations resulting from a change in preference, change in weight, or any other change unrelated to the original fit—are available at the customer’s expense. All alterations requested more than six months after the purchase date are also at the customer’s expense.
