The Champ & The Artist
Pursuit teamed up with the former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World boxer James "Buster" Douglas and called in Columbus artist Hakim Callwood to design something special for the partnership.
Local Legend
Columbus' own James "Buster" Douglas faced 42 to 1 odds as he squared off with Mike Tyson in Tokyo back in 1990. And Buster went on to shock the world by being the first ever to knock out "Iron Mike", claiming the Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship. This remains one of the greatest upsets in sports history, a story so legendary that ESPN made a 30 for 30 documentary about the fight
The Champ: In Pursuit
Telling the Story
We designed a suit with Buster to wear for his induction into the Atlantic City Boxing Hall of Fame and wanted to use the suit to tell Buster's remarkable story. So we called our pal and artist Hakim Callwood to help us out. He illustrated a pattern for a suit lining based on Buster's legendary career. We even turned it into a shirt.

More from Hakim
As part of the process we also let Hakim design his own look and he did not disappoint with this 3 Piece Tan Corduroy Suit with brown leather buttons and a special lining he also designed.
Now you can wear Hakim's art in both designs in the form of suit linings or dress shirts—see below.
